Website Help

It’s true, it’s a pain when your password doesn’t work. I know, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

The easiest way to make sure you are using the correct email address and/or password is to click on the little lock icon next to the URL in the address bar. Go to the settings option, and search for reikiclasses.com. (Our sister site) 95% of the time the email address will be the same for this site.

If the first password try doesn’t work, no worries, just click on the lost password link below the password box. It is small so it gets overlooked easily.

When retrieving the email to reset your password, don’t forget to check your spam folder, we do still get trapped there sometimes.

If all of that is too much of a headache, just text me, Karla and if I am near I will reset your password for you, or email me and I will get back with you as soon as possible.

Please make sure that you have pop-up’s enabled for this site.

In the Safari app  while you have our website open click the left of the URL to open the settings. and use the pop-up menu to edit your options.

Google Chrome click on the lock icon and select the settings icon to edit your settings.

Other browsers should be similar. 8)

No worries. If you checked out without creating an account, you guessed it; text or email me, Karla and I will get you set up.

After you login to your account, click on the Event you registered for and it will take you to all the info available for the Event.

If something is missing; yep, text or email me and I make sure you have access. 8)
